The cookie that started it all for our cookie shop. This is not your grandma's chocolate chip cookie! We crafted our dough to achieve the perfect caramelization, the perfect chew & gooey center and the perfect crisp edges. We mix in Belgium chocolate chips and a little extra dark chocolate chunks for an extra layer of chocolate meltiness and finish with a "touch" of sea salt to wake up your taste buds. We also feel our cookies are the perfect size to feel the right amount of guilt without having to share.
