We make our Double-Layer Happy Easter Cookie Cake with our delicious vanilla-brown sugar cookie dough filled with Belgium Chocolate Chips, or choose Chocolate Chips & Easter M&MS for a little more holiday spirit. In the middle, we smear our perfectly crafted vanilla buttercream and then top it off with a little more buttercream and holiday fun toppings.
